An appeal ruling went against me — can I file a cassation appeal?

Yes, if one of the grounds set out by law applies, such as a breach of law or insufficient reasoning. The deadline is short (generally 30 days from service in civil matters), so contact the office as soon as you receive the ruling.

Can any lawyer plead before the Court of Cassation?

No. The law requires the lawyer to be admitted before the Court of Cassation. Maître Moad Sahli is admitted, so he can follow your case to the highest level.
